Spyproducts.com.au ensure that each and every item sent from our Australian warehouse is packaged safely and securely to ensure that it arrives in new condition at the designated delivery address.
In the event an item is damaged or does not appear to be new the consumer must contact the freight company directly and quote the shipping reference number to seek compensation.
Spyproducts.com.au do not take any responsibility or liability for items damaged in transit/post.
Spyproducts.com.au dispatch items from the Australian warehouse by 1600 hrs EST Monday - Friday excluding Public Holidays. If there is an error with your order, an item is out of stock or for unexpected reasons Spy Products cannot dispatch your item within the above timeframe you will be notified in writing via email with regular updates.
Spyproducts.com.au endeavour to dispatch orders quickly, securely and efficiently to ensure that the item is received in a timely manor.
All shipping costs are added at check out with GST included in the final cost.
