Spy Products Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Acceptance of Policy

When making a purchase through www.spyproducts.com.au check out, it is a requirement to tick the box stating the following: ‘I have read and I accept the terms and policies listed on the website’. By ticking the box, you formally accept and agree to the terms and policies listed on the website and as below.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellations will be accepted if the item/s have not been dispatched from our warehouse. Be advised a 30% cancellation fee applies to cover the cost of processing the order, refund and any other administrative tasks that may be included.

Change of mind

We do not except returns of exchange on products if the product is not faulty or damaged. We ask that our customers choose carefully and ask questions prior to purchase to ensure they are purchasing the correct products.


Difficulties using or operating an item


If you have any issues with an item purchased from www.spyproducts.com.au we request that you contact us via email immediately so we can provide assistance in using or setting up the device. In the event there is a technical issue we will contact the manufacturer directly on your behalf.

Spy Products do not offer a return, exchange or refund on the following under any circumstances:

  • USB Devices
  • Memory Cards
  • Monitoring Software
  • Forensic / Data Recovery Software
  • GPS trackers supplied with an IMEI number

Faulty Product Returns


We will accept product returns and can offer you an exchange, credit, refund or repair where:

  • The product is deemed to be faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and
  • You can present your receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Be advised that we may be required to send the items back to the manufacturer for repair, diagnostic or exchange if there is a problem. In some cases, this will mean the item is sent overseas and it may take 2-4 weeks for a solution. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, not fit for purpose or not matching the description Spy Products will offer an exchange or refund of the device. A decision is made on a case by case basis. A copy of the tax invoice/receipt supplied at the time of purchase must be supplied. Payment of postage and handling is not covered by Spy Products in the event of a return.

Return Authorisation

Please contact the customer service team at spyproducts.com.au to discuss a return before sending it back. We will need to provide you a return authorisation number (RAN) and a copy of our Return Authorisation Form to be completed.

When sending the item for a return it must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit with a copy of the proof of purchase and the return authorisation form included. If you need further clarification on returning an item please contact hello@spyproducts.com.au
